Yes we are hiring…

Poets and people with the ability to see things anew, learn again and with the experience to contribute to our two corners - Ved Stranden 10 and Admiralgade 26 - with the humbleness of a giant and the capacity to be at eye height.

And yes we also work with dedication. With craft as the core of our profession, ever so curious, ever sharing.

Our metier is creating space for people to meet. We are custodians of ambiance and most importantly our job is to restore our guests, patrons and colleagues and contribute to our community and society wherever and whenever we can.

 

…Who are we looking for then?

Joining us means joining both our corners. Depending on your profile you will have an anchor at one of the spaces.

You are a terrific colleague and can see yourself in the text above or at least find it intriguing.

You also pat the dog when no one sees you.

We expect you to be open minded, blissfully naive and as flawed as the rest of us. Or at least have the ability to be empathic towards us less fortunate… colleagues and patrons alike.

You see yourself as a person of craft, with respect for the trade and its history as well as having the audacity to reinvent the wheel.

We do not expect you to be fluent in Danish, but have the skills to greet and break bread.

Experienced chef / souschef for Admiralgade 26

Our corner is tranquil, yet a melting pot of expressions. With inspiration from Japanese combined with our sense of place and drawing on french virtues we serve a la carte; lunch and evening.

Our Saturday lunch is Japanese, where we calibrate our flavours and provide slowness to an ever so hectic life. Please add plenty of space for spontaneous behaviour and the openess to be puzzled.

You are curios by heart, outspoken, a wonderful colleague and love to share your knowledge. You have at least 8 years of experience as a trained chef or played centre forward at the age of 19 in one of the five major leagues before joining the culinary world.

Specifically we are looking for a chef with experience from the Japanese cuisine and its craft.

You see yourself as a person of craft, with respect for the trade and its history as well as having the audacity to reinvent the wheel.

Our focus is crafting delicious green dishes, with inspiration from many places, adding new life to the classics as well enjoying everything wondrous from the sea.
