We create spaces for people to meet and asks question such as: Should the wine disturb you or support the conversation? Always making an effort, humbled and profoundly in love with our metier. And yes we do also serve wine.

Wines made with a pure heart in cold climates and predominantly European. Wines with the respect for traditions as well as having the skill set to break them.

We do not work with a wine list. We talk. We taste and together we find what matches the evening. Whether it is an approachable terrace wine or rarities from the corner room. I said we do not work with a wine list, but then again we do keep a small inventory for inspirational purposes. It’s not comprehensive, but it’s a starting point.

Our Elephant, Admiralgade 26, sources from the same cellar so pay them a visit, if not only for inspirational use.
