We create spaces for people to meet and asks question such as; Should the wine disturb you or support the conversation ? Always making and effort, humbled and profoundly in love with our metier. And yes we do also serve wine.

Wines made with a pure heart in cold climates and predominantly European. Wines with the respect for traditions as well as having the skill set to break them.

We do not work with a wine list. We talk. We taste and together we find what matches the evening. Whether it is an approachable terrace wine or rarities from the corner room.
